Audio Circuits
Audio amplifier, filter, generator, mixer and audio preamplifier circuits.
Audio circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database.
In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article.
Tags inter-links stories with the similar content, so if you click on the tag you will find only related and relevant Audio content.
FET Pre Amp
Mar 11th
Field Effect Transistor is an amplifying device in which the output current depends on the input voltage. The FET Pre Amplifier described here is a sensitive and stable Preamp circuit using an N-Channel FET and a PNP Bipolar transistor. This combination gives high input impedance and low output impedance with stabilized gain.
Transistor Amplifier Design
Mar 9th
Good stability and sufficient amplification in Transistor based circuits depends on the proper selection of components and their layout. Gain of the transistor used as well as the current and voltage through it are the most important aspect in the working of a transistor amplifier. Here explains the design parameters of an one transistor amplifier circuit
555 Triangle Waveform Generator
Feb 6th
The circuit is a triangle waveform generator that uses as few parts as possible. A 555 timer IC, 2 resistors and two capacitors make the triangle wave. The IC is connected in a 50% duty-cycle astable square-wave oscillator circuit. The square-wave output is fed from pin 3 of the IC to an RC shaping circuit. (more…)
Electronic Bicycle Horn
Feb 6th
This simple electronic bicycle horn circuit uses only one gate of a 4093 quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger, U1, conected in a simple, low frequency, square-wave oscillator circuit. The oscillator’s output, at pin 3, drives the gate of Q1. The drain of that FET drives a small horn speaker. (more…)
Electronic dog whistle
Jan 21st
Need electronic dog whistle? It is widely known that dogs can hear sounds with frequencies higher than the humans cant hear. Sound frequencies higher than 20 kHz can be hardly detected by humans but animals are very sensitive to it. Basing this fact, an electronic dog whistle can be constructed and used to call dogs back from long distances. (more…)
Digital Volume Control
Jan 18th
The heart of this digital volume controller DVC circuit is IC2 4067, 16-channel analog multiplexer. Because the 1kΩ has been connected between every input and output, the multiplexer can act like a potentiometer. The total resistance is 15kΩ . You can use different values for the resistor to obtain a different characteristic. The current consumption is 1mA. (more…)
