Mini drill revolutions, speed regulator circuit
With the help of this revolution regulator circuit you can control the number of revolutions of your drilling machine.
After you finish construct this mini drill revolution regulator measure the output voltage. First rotate P2 to the right completely, P1 to the maximum. Now the measured voltage must be 20% less than the maximum allowed motor voltage. If it isnt then R1 must be lowered or increased.
After this connect the drilling machine. P1 must pe on the middle position. P2 is adjusted that the motor revolutions doesnt increase. The optimum adjustement is when at the maximum drill motor load the number of revolutions is constant.

Adjustable power supply 0 - 30V / 1A
This power supply deliver a cc voltage adjustable between 0 and 30V , a current intensity of 1A and has a built in programmable current limitation. The output current can be adjusted with P3.
Power supply first use adjustment:
Load the output with a 1k / 1W resistor, rotate P3 at minimum and adjust P2 untill his cursor is next to the + output voltage line. With P1 bring the output voltage to 0. If the adjustment domain of the P2 potentiometer does not reach 30V, lower R6 value.
Here you got the adjustable voltage supply schematic:

AM modulated power supply
A power supply with a modulated voltage output is required for modulation of AM transmitters final stages, Gunn diodes in gigahertz domain. This AM power supply delivers 6V to 8V in repose ( adjustable with P1 ) and between 3V and 10V when it is modulated. Frequency domain is from 200Hz to 30KHz.
Without any load the modulator current consumption is 5mA. If T2 is cooled enough the power supply can deliver 800mA at 6V output voltage.
