Radio circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database.
In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article.
Tags inter-links stories with the similar content, so if you click on the tag you will find only related and relevant Radio content.
Tiny FM Radio
Feb 21st
Perhaps this is one of the simplest FM Receiver that can receive the FM stations available locally. Its simple design makes it ideal for a pocket sized FM receiver. The output of the receiver drives a head phone.
1 Hz Pulse Generator
Jan 24th
Here is a 1Hz pulse generator using the popular timer IC 555 which is wired as an Astable Multivibrator. The output pulses can be indicated visually by the LED. An Astable Multivibrator, often called a free-running Multivibrator, is a rectangular-wave generating circuit. Unlike the Monostable Multivibrator, this circuit does not require any external trigger to change the state of the output, hence the name free-running. This circuit can be used in applications that require clock pulses (more…)
27MHz CB receiver
Jan 12th
This is a simple 27MHz FM-CB receiver built with TCA440 for listening CB ( citizen’s band ) transmissions with FM (frequency modulation). The selection is made with ceramic filters. This 27 MHz receiver works with an intermediary frequency of 455 kHz. The input filter is 27 MF type, so we obtain an acceptable attenuation of the mirroring frequency. (more…)
Small FM Receiver
Jan 12th
This is the most simple fm radio receiver with good performances that works great even if the sensitivity is not too high. The working principle of this fm receiver may seem a little unusual. It is made of an oscillator (T2 and T3) that is synchronized with the received frequency of T1. This transistor works as a broadband preamplifier in VHF range. (more…)
Wien Bridge Oscillator
Jan 11th
THis Wien bridge oscillator is very simple and as every wien oscillator has low distorsion and the resonance frequency can be easily adjusted. This frequency depends on a pair of resistors and a pair of capacitors and is defined by the formula: F = 1/2ΠRC. In this wien oscillator circuit, R is formed by R1 + P1a (or R2 + P1b) and C is C1, C2 or C3 (or C4, C5 or C6). (more…)
TV Antenna Amplifier Circuit
Jan 10th
A very simple and cheap tv antenna amplifier circuit built with BF961 a N–Channel Dual Gate MOS common transistor used for input- and mixer stages especially for FM- and VHF TV-tuners up to 300 MHz. Bellow you have the antenna tv amplifier schematic and here is the BF961 datasheet.
L1 = L2 = 5turns / 0.8mm Ø / 5mm Ø / the second turn from ground. This tv antenna amplifier can be used even as an fm receiver amplifier because it has a wideband amplification, so if you dont use it for the tv set you can receive better your favorite radio stations. (more…)
