A very simple and cheap tv antenna amplifier circuit built with BF961 a N–Channel Dual Gate MOS common transistor used for input- and mixer stages especially for FM- and VHF TV-tuners up to 300 MHz. Bellow you have the antenna tv amplifier schematic and here is the BF961 datasheet.
L1 = L2 = 5turns / 0.8mm Ø / 5mm Ø / the second turn from ground. This tv antenna amplifier can be used even as an fm receiver amplifier because it has a wideband amplification, so if you dont use it for the tv set you can receive better your favorite radio stations. (more…)

TDA7560 is a 4 x 45W QUAD BRIDGE CAR RADIO AMPLIFIER PLUS HSD. The TDA7560’s inputs are ground-compatible and can stand very high input signals (± 8Vpk) without any performances degradation. 900 MHz Amplifier

This 900 MHz Amplifier Circuit is built with BFG480W which has a good linearity performance. Therefore the BFG480W is well suited for LNAs with high linearity demands, such as Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) systems. This application note gives an example of a 900 MHz LNA with the BFG480W.
The input and output matching is realised with an LC-combination. Also extra emitter inductance (micro stripline) is used on both emitter-leads to improve the matching and the noise figure. Download it in PDF format! (more…)
