Oscillator circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database.
In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article.
Tags inter-links stories with the similar content, so if you click on the tag you will find only related and relevant Oscillator content.
1 Hz Pulse Generator
Jan 24th
Here is a 1Hz pulse generator using the popular timer IC 555 which is wired as an Astable Multivibrator. The output pulses can be indicated visually by the LED. An Astable Multivibrator, often called a free-running Multivibrator, is a rectangular-wave generating circuit. Unlike the Monostable Multivibrator, this circuit does not require any external trigger to change the state of the output, hence the name free-running. This circuit can be used in applications that require clock pulses (more…)
Wien Bridge Oscillator
Jan 11th
THis Wien bridge oscillator is very simple and as every wien oscillator has low distorsion and the resonance frequency can be easily adjusted. This frequency depends on a pair of resistors and a pair of capacitors and is defined by the formula: F = 1/2ΠRC. In this wien oscillator circuit, R is formed by R1 + P1a (or R2 + P1b) and C is C1, C2 or C3 (or C4, C5 or C6). (more…)
Electronic head or tail
Jan 7th
The principle used in this electronic head or tail circuit is simple: a multivibrator controls a flip flop. The multivibrator oscillates as long as the buton S1 is pressed and the flip flop switches on and off with a frequency of several kilohertz. When the button is released, a +5 volts is set at one of the two gates that makes up th multivibrator. The flip flop latches on at one of the two possible states: “head” or “tail”. (more…)
Crystal quartz oscillator
Jan 6th
Another great quartz crystal oscillator schematic with bb139, a 2-nd harmonic quartz crystal and one BF214 transistor. So, the Q quartz is half of the desired transmitter frequency, L1 has 24 turns, 0.08mm Ø built on a 455kHz carcase. L2 has 8-9 turns / 0.8mm Ø / 5mm Ø. This quartz oscillator circuit has a great frequency stability, I’ve build it. Crystal quartz circuit components (more…)
Sound Generator – Jet engine aircraft
Jan 4th
This is a simple sound generator to produce jet engine aircraft sounds and it will run on any battery voltage between 3v and 40v. The circuit will produce 4 sounds : low speed sound of aircraft, high speed sound of aircraft, missile and machine gun. They are activated by connecting pins 12, 13, 14 or 15 to ground respectively. 10 to 1000 MHz Oscillator
Dec 26th
Nowadays, it is no longer necessary to use discrete components to build oscillators. Instead, many manufacturers provide ready-made voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) ICs that need only a few frequency-determining external components. One example is the RF Micro Devices RF2506. This IC operates with a supply voltage between 2.7 and 3.6 V (3.3 V nominal) and provides a low-noise oscillator transistor with integrated DC bias setting. (more…)
