battery charger circuits
battery charger circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database.
In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article.
Tags inter-links stories with the similar content, so if you click on the tag you will find only related and relevant battery charger content.
Pb and acid batteries charger
Dec 23rd
Modern acid batteries and plates Pb, are embodiment of simplicity in use. Unlike NiCd batteries, they must be recharged by connecting to a constant voltage. In this situation, the loading current will provide a good indication of the state of loading. (more…)

Mobile Phone Travel Charger
Dec 16th
Here is an ideal Mobile charger using 1.5 volt pen cells to charge mobile phone while traveling. It can replenish cell phone battery three or four times in places where AC power is not available. Most of the Mobile phone batteries are rated at 3.6 V/500 mA. A single pen torch cell can provide 1.5 volts and 1.5 Amps current. So if four pen cells are connected serially, it will form a battery pack with 6 volt and 1.5 Amps current. When power is applied to the circuit through S1, transistor T1 conducts and Green LED lights. (more…)

Lead-acid battery charger
Nov 23rd
This circuit delivers an initial voltage of 2.5V per cell to rapidly charge a battery. The charging current decreases as the battery charges and when the current drops to 180 mA the charging circuit reduces the output voltage to 2.35 V per cell, leaving the battery in a fully charged state. This lower voltage prevents the battery from overcharching, which will shorten its life. (more…)
Portable NiCd battery charger
Oct 2nd
The portable batteries charger has been designed to provide an opportunity to load NiCd batteries even in the outdoors from a 12 V battery of a vehicle. When the circuit is connected to the vehicle battery, D2 lights only if NiCd battery was connected with the correct polarity. Since even on the discarded batteries we have a certain tension, T1 opens and D2 flashes. (more…)
