inverter circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database. In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article. Tags inter-links stories with related inverter articles.

Pulse Width Modulation or PWM technology is used in Inverters to give a steady output voltage of 230 or 110 V AC irrespective of the load. The Inverters based on the PWM technology are more superior to the conventional inverters. The use of MOSFETs in the output stage and the PWM technology makes these inverters ideal for all types of loads. In addition to the pulse width modulation, the PWM Inverters have additional circuits for protection and voltage control.

“My Inverter is not giving sufficient backup”. This is the most common complaint raised against the home inverter system. We expect maximum backup time from the inverter system with a tubular battery, but unfortunately we get half or less backup time than we expect. What is the reason for that? Before blaming the inverter, let us see what is happening.

Home inverter is to provide uninterrupted power to run household electric devices. These inverters for home are available in different voltage and load capacities. In the basic design of the inverter a DC (battery) source is connected to a transformer through the center tap of the primary winding. A switch is rapidly switched back and forth to allow current to flow back to the battery following two alternate paths through one end of the primary winding and then the other. The alternation of the direction of current in the primary winding of the transformer produces alternating current (AC) in the secondary circuit. This will be 230 /110 Volt AC and can operate all the electric devices.

Here is an Energy saving battery charger. It harvests solar energy to replenish 12 volt Inverter battery. It has auto cut off facility to stop charging when the battery attains full charge. The charger uses a 24 volt solar panel as input.
