mosfet circuits
mosfet circuits - related electronic projects and circuit diagrams (schematics), this helps you finding desired informations and facilitates your site navigation through all articles database.
In every website page you will find a special section (at the beginning or the end) with tags just like this and also different tags associated with the current article.
Tags inter-links stories with the similar content, so if you click on the tag you will find only related and relevant mosfet content.
MOSFET Power amplifier 240W
Nov 26th
A high power audio amplifier circuit which can output up to 240W on a 4Ω speaker. This mosfet amplifier is built with BUZ23 and uses a 40V symmetrical power supply. Connect the NTC close to the heatsinker. (more…)
Radio field indicator with MOS-FET
Nov 22nd
A rf field indicator is required to verify power stages and transmitters antennas. With this radio field indicator you can measure radiated energy from antenna. This circuit is very sensitive, a weak signal is enough. The S2 commutator allows to select : 480KHz … 2.4MHz / 2.4MHz … 12MHz / 12MHz … 40MHz. A 30cm long wire is enough as a antenna. (more…)
88 108 MHz 40W wideband power amplifier MRF171A
Oct 24th
One wideband fm power amplifier designed with MRF 171A MosFet transistor. The output rf power is somewhere around 40W , the gains is 20dB ( 100 X ) . The input rf power is 400mW. (more…)
300W pushpull 144MHz power amplifier
Oct 12th
300W 144Mhz push pull power amplifier with MRF141G MosFET transistor. 144MHz 300W schematic (more…)
20W MOSFET power amplifier
Jan 17th
This audio power MOSFET amplifier uses two complementary MOSFETs (IRF9520 and IRF520) to deliver up to 20W into 8 Ω speaker. A TL071 op amp is used as an input amplifier.
The MOSFET transistor should be heatsinked with a heatsink of better than 50C/W capability. Read more and see the circuit of this MOSFET amplifier (more…)
VLF VHF wideband active antenna
Jan 17th
A 30 to 50 cm whip antenna provides reception from 10 MHz to over 220 MHz. T1 BF981, a dual-gate MOSFET, provides low noise, high-input impedance and high gain. The circuit is powered via the coaxial cable used to connect the antenna to a receiver. (more…)
