This audio amplifier circuit delivers up to 200 W of top-class quality for loudspeaker from 4 to 16 ohm. Operating voltage is between 24 and 36 V, max 5 A. A 35W audio power amplifier built with TDA2030 in a bridge connection with a +- 15V symmetric power supply. It is easy to build, do it yourself audio amplifier which will deliver up to 35W on a 8Ω speaker. Please use a good headsink to cool down the TDA2030 power amplifier. TDA2030 integrates circuits are very cheap and usefull if you want to start a small audio amplifier. 40W audio amplifier TDA2030 BD712 BD711

A great 40 W audio mono amplifier built with TDA 2030, BD 712 and BD 711. The output power is 22W on 8 ohm speaker and 40W on 4 ohm. Distorsions are 0.012% at 1khz/8 ohm/11W and 0.032% at 1khz/4 ohm/20W. The IC1 supply curent variates accordingly to the audio input signal so there will be a similar variation on R6, R7, R8 and R9. As long the current is arround 1A, the voltage on the resistors is insufficient to open T1 and T2. This mean that output power smaller than 2W on 4 ohm will be outputed by TDA2030. More >

The TDA2030 is a monolithic integrated circuit in Pentawatt package, intended for use as a low frequency class AB amplifier. Typically it provides 14W output power (d = 0.5%) at 14V/4W; at ± 14V or 28V, the guaranteed output power is 12W on a 4W load and 8W on a 8W. (more…)

High power 200W audio amplifier circuit schematic

Connecting two TDA2030 thru cheap power transistors we can create a amplifier wich can deliver a higher power. With the components value from the schematic the total amplifier gain is 32 dB.
